  The best service I've had from any auto collision shop. I usually go to a place in Torrance, but I purchased a tesla, and they have their own shops... read more that are tesla approved. I called and was able to get an appointment the same day. Manager Edwin was able to get someone to look at my car even though they were at lunch. I got the estimate fast and was able to keep the car until the parts were in. Edwin was kind enough to stay a little after closing for me to drop off my car, and Kevin said the work would be done in one week. More damage was found once they removed the bumper but still fixed the car within the week and Kevin called to update me. Everyone there was so nice, helpful, and answered all my questions. Edwin went above and beyond throughout the whole process and was very patient. I am very impressed by the customer service and repair to my car. I will definitely refer friends and family.

  My new Tesla Model Y got into an accident. Costco Connect, our policy insurer, contacted the shop and scheduled an appointment for a repair. It was pretty quick,... read more but the shop is too far from my home location in Fountain Valley, so I was a bit reluctant. After making a call to Garo, the general manager, I felt very comfortable and approved for the car to be towed to the shop for a diagnostic and quote. I visited the shop the day after my car arrived. The shop is neat and clean. The technicians are friendly and sounds very knowledgeable. Garo is a very honest and caring man. He explained to me in detail how the process works and ensured my car will be diagnosed and replaced with Tesla original parts and the highest care. He offered other advice to make me feel better from the concerns of the accident. I believe it by seeing the genuineness from his facial expressions and his words. I was convinced that I found a reliable shop and people to take care of my car. The shop is a member of VeriFact, VQ, with unscheduled audits to ensure the shop following the program quality guidelines to continue being a member.
My car was deemed a total loss so I did not have a chance to evaluate the repair work. But his diagnosis was very quick to help Costco decide the settlement decision. Garo is very responsive via phone and texts even after the business hours. It was a very smooth process of only 2 weeks from the day of the accident to the day we agreed with the fair settlement. I am so glad to be ensured with Costco Connect and know Garo and the Huntington Park Collision Center. I will definitely come to the shop again in the future when we need our car service. Overall I'm very satisfied with the work they did on my Jeep. They even washed it when it was ready for pick up!

I appreciated Garo's extra effort in always communicating with me if he didn't hear back quick enough from my insurance. My insurance in this case lagged on their customer service but the shop was on top of things from the beginning. They made sure I was in the loop the entire time. The paint job and the body work was superb! The alloy wheel was also custom fix. I absolutely appreciated they took good care of my car from the interior and exterior. To think I almost took it to Honda Downey but then found out they outsource to Toyota's auto body which by the way when I yelped, that place had terrible reviews! I'm glad I cancelled that appointment last minute and decided to go to HP COLLUSION CENTER! The staff is super friendly and attentive. Rosio is very sweet and Kevin who checks and inspects the vehicles is very nice as well. Even if you just need some minor work done, I highly recommend this place. I will always make this my go to body shop. If anyone has Kemper/infinity they were terrible in approving things to the shop in a timely manner but this shop made sure I was aware when they submitted supplements so that I too can stay on top of Kemper/infinity. Despite this, I was taken care of and given a quote. You can really tell a lot about this institution in the way they a deal with their customers. I went off on my way after, but after being treated nicely and just.

We have a Tesla, and have to go to an approved Tesla body center and our insurance co,... read more State Farm, dosen't offer any body shops in the LA area that have approved Tesla body shops, this one in Huntington park is the closest. But Arbi preordered the parts needed and had our car back to us in 4 days and had it professionally detailed. Great experience and if we get hit again we know where to go.
